Search queries
If you enter a name, place, or other term into a search tool on this site, the query passes to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Webster County Busted Mugshots does not represent that it stores or logs those terms on its own systems. The provider receives and handles the query under its own notice and terms.
Messages and contact submissions
If you email us or send a message through a contact feature, we receive the information in that message and the reply address you provide. We use it to respond, maintain a record of the conversation, and address a site question. We do not share a contact message outside the site operation unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Technical Data and Cookies
Like most web pages, a visit can generate routine technical information through the hosting environment, analytics tools, and browser features. Depending on the service in use, that information can include:

A link to a public office does not give this site access to that office's confidential records. The official GDC search, Georgia court systems, BOP, and ICE each cover different custody or case stages.

No internet-connected service, email channel, browser, or third-party provider is completely secure, so we cannot promise that a transmission or stored message will be immune from every breach, interception, or unauthorized access.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use Get in Touch to request its deletion, subject to any recordkeeping or legal duty that applies.
